Following of a summer with one of the most talked-about celebrity privacy violations in recent history, CBS’ Stalker has enlisted a 90210 alum for a story that will highlight the dark side of fame.

AnnaLynne McCord will guest star in an episode of the upcoming drama, Mashable has learned exclusively, playing a famous TV star named Nina Preston who recruits the help of LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit to help her deal an obsessed fan who has tormented her and threatened her life.

Stalker, premiering Oct. 1, stars Nikita’s Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott as two detectives who work in the department.

McCord, who recurs on Season 3 of TNT’s Dallas, is best known for playing the sometimes sinister Naomi Clark on CW’s 90210 reboot.

Stalker was created by Kevin Williamson, the man behind Fox’s creepy cult show The Following and the Scream franchise.
