LONDON — Adele has revealed the success that followed the release of her 2011 album 21 was like “an out-of-body experience.”

“It’s very easy to give in to being famous,” she says in a new interview with Observer Music.

“Because it’s charming. It’s powerful. It draws you in. Really, it’s harder work resisting it. But after a while I just refused to accept a life that was not real.”
