The Matildas are Australia’s national women’s soccer team, and they’ve been killing it recently.

They’re enjoying their greatest period of exposure on the national landscape after sending everyone coco bananas with a record-breaking run through this year’s World Cup.

The team became the first Australian side — men’s or women’s — to win a knockout match in the tournament and the first team from the nation to qualify for the final eight stage when they knocked off the powerhouse Brazilians in Moncton
