LONDON — After 12 regenerations and 35 seasons, Doctor Who fans are still waiting to see a female take the lead. It’s true that making changes to cult classics can be a big risk, but, according to BBC One controller Charlotte Moore, it’s one that they aren’t ready to rule out just yet
