Pirates in Australia get to live another day

The rights holder of the Hollywood film Dallas Buyers Club have been dealt a significant blow in their attempts to find out who has illegally downloaded the movie in Australia. It is the latest development in a court case that has lasted months

In April, the Federal Court granted Dallas Buyers Club LLC (DBC) access to the personal details of 4,726 customers who allegedly seeded the movie on BitTorrent from Australian Internet service providers (ISPs)
