Footage has emerged of a 15-year-old gunman engaged in a battle with a police officer at the police headquarters in Parramatta, Australia, moments before he was shot dead by police.

The teenager, identified by multiple news outlets as Farhad Khalil Mohammad Jabar, allegedly murdered police employee Curtis Cheng, 58, in broad daylight on Friday afternoon. His motives remain unclear

In the video captured by 7News helicopters, the gunman, who was wearing a black robe and had just reportedly attended a mosque, appears to be shooting into the air and yelling in Arabic in the minutes after he shot Cheng in the back of the head at close range. Read more…
