Kim Kardashian’s Instagram account does not escape the watchful eye of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

A recent selfie that Kardashian posted to promote the morning sickness drug Diclegis drew a stern letter from the agency dated Aug. 7, warning her to remove the photo because it left out the medication’s side effects

In the letter, the agency’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion called the promotional post “false and misleading” and said it “omits material facts.”
