Giant red ball tastes sweet freedom, goes on a roll down a city street
On August 20, a giant inflatable red ball went rolling down the street in downtown Toledo, Ohio, causing some mild panic and possibly the worst game of dodgeball ever played.
The inflatable is part of The RedBall Project, an exhibit created by artist Kurt Perschke that is now at the Toledo Museum of Art. Up until it started its whirlwind tour of the Ohio city, it was quietly nestled between Roulet Jewelers and Ice Restaurant in downtown.
