Finally, the Olympics are here.

Well, technically, they already started with women’s soccer on Wednesday (a USA victory!) and men’s soccer on Thursday. But the opening ceremony is Friday night and, tape-delay issues aside, NBC is about to flood your television and internet with coverage.

The network will broadcast around 6,755 hours of Olympics coverage in all and over 4,500 of those hours will be online.

On television

NBCUniversal will be splashing live coverage all day along across nine different television networks: broadcast networks NBC and Telemundo and cable channels Bravo, CNBC, Golf Channel, MSNBC, NBC Sports Network, NBC UNIVERSO (Spanish language), and USA Network. Read more…
