Five years ago, the Nebia shower head was just a collection of nuts and bolts—a groundbreaking collection of nuts and bolts, to be sure, but the design left much to be desired. Since then, the team has painstakingly taken the water-saving shower head through iteration after iteration, turning to materials like PVC pipe to create a prototype. Eventually, Nebia turned to San Francisco firm Box Clever, which took the original idea and look and transformed it from minimum viable product to an iconic, aspirational design.
