A court hearing in New Zealand, starting Monday, will decide whether notorious tech entrepreneur Kim Dotcom will face charges for racketeering, copyright infringement and money laundering over now-defunct site Megaupload.

It’s been close to four years since the dramatic extraction of Dotcom from his New Zealand mansion, with police rappelling from a helicopter into his NZ$30 million (US$90 million) mansion and forcing him out of a safe room.
