Man tells devastating story of his dad’s death at an Airbnb
Zak Stone was staying with his family at a home in Austin rented through Airbnb when tragedy struck: His father got on a tree swing in the yard and the branch broke — killing him.

The rope swing looked inviting. Photos of it on Airbnb brought my family to the cottage in Texas. Hanging from a tree as casually as baggy jeans, the swing was the essence of leisure, of Southern hospitality, of escape.
