Napa Valley Wine Train has issued a lengthy apology to a group of 11 women, 10 of whom are African-American, who were removed from the train Saturday for allegedly being too loud, sparking backlash on social media

In a statement issued earlier today, the company’s CEO Anthony “Tony” Giaccio is quoted as saying, “The Napa Valley Wine Train was 100 percent wrong in its handling of this issue.
