Linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong of the Oakland Raiders is reportedly being investigated by the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office for taunting a police dog while taking the field to play the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday
That’s right: Armstrong could face charges. For taunting. A dog. What’s more, taunting a police dog is a third-degree felony in Pennsylvania.
