Get a leg up on Valentine’s Day.

Jane Austen’s romantic novel “Pride and Prejudice” is even better with the Bennet sisters chasing down monsters.

Austen’s 19th-century classic gave rise to the 2009 Quirk Books horror parody novel by Seth Grahame-Smith. The twisted version hit the big screen earlier this month.

In the movie, we witness the complicated life of Miss Elizabeth Bennet, played by Lily James (Lady Rose of “Downton Abbey”), as she navigates the challenges of high society and zombie slaying.

Skip the flowers and candles.

The movie also stars Matt Smith, a “Doctor Who” alum, and Lena Headey and Charles Dance, both of “Game of Thrones.” The film is already in US and UK theaters. An Australia release date has yet to be revealed.

Thanks to publisher Quirk Books, you can print out and give your betrothed these special Valentine’s Day cards depicting scenes from the book.

“The images are all high resolution, making them perfect for posting on Tumblr, tweeting at your friends, pasting one on that special someone’s Facebook wall, or pinning them all on your Pinterest board,” Quirk Books posted on its website. “Whatever you need to do to let the book lover in your life know you care.”

The cards show Miss Bennet, Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy and a whole lot of zombies — perfect for showing your loved ones that romance can be found in even the most dire of circumstances.

May your Valentine’s Day be bloody, beautiful and brainy.
