Apple cofounder Steve Wozniak is the latest teach leader to lend his support to Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old Muslim boy who was arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school.

Mohamed’s story about his clock, which a teacher thought was a bomb, reminded Woz of his own high school days, and the time he once pranked a fellow student with a fake “bomb” — which also resulted his in arrest, back in 1967

“I built an electronic metronome and placed it in a friend’s locker, along with a tin-foil switch to speed up the ticking when the locker was opened,” Wozniak wrote on Facebook. “I couldn’t hold my laughter when Principal Bryld told me how he extracted the ‘bomb’, ran out to the football field (from the C building), and dismantled it.” Read more…
