LOS ANGELES — Streamup is going mobile.

The live-streaming startup told Mashable Thursday that Streamup’s iOS mobile app soft-launch is available beginning Thursday in the Apple Store

Streamup, like other streaming services, offers “one-click streaming” for creators on the platform. It also offers tools such as multi-camera functionality, special effects, overlays and graphic splashes.

Streamup has grown from 1 million viewers to more than 22 million viewers in the past 9 months just on desktop.

“It’s been amazing to see how quick the adoption has been for Streamup when you consider it was only on desktop until now,” StreamUp founder and CEO Kyle Michelson said in a statement. “We’re so excited to test how our audience translates to mobile and ramp up to a full mobile app release based on the feedback we get.” Read more…
