George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road wasn’t heralded as a cinematic masterpiece because of it’s subtlety or understatement. The film was gripping and explosive, and so much of that on-screen dynamism could be taken for granted by the viewer; until now.

A production video has surfaced showing just how real Miller’s film is.

The four-minute video is a super-cut of pre-production test shoots and raw, untouched stunts showing the spectacular and epic lengths the filmmaker went to to give his audience the exhilarating, terrifying and breathtaking two-and-a-half-hour-long car chase that is Mad Max: Fury Road. Read more…
