On Monday night, as the International Space Station circled around our big blue planet, resident astronaut Scott Kelly began tweeting magnificent photos of the land Down Under.

Kelly is the current commander of the International Space Station (ISS), a satellite designed by NASA that orbits around the Earth once every 90 minutes, and will reside in his out-of-this-world home until March 2016.

The keen photographer likes showing off his window view to us mere humans, and this time he is doing it in a set of 17 photos of Australia. He doesn’t specify what parts of Australia these shots are showing, but they’re breathtaking sceneries of the Australian landscape. Read more…
