Uber’s ‘SupportUberHK’ petition attracts 10,000 supporters in one hour
In response to a string of arrests of its employees and drivers Tuesday, Uber Hong Kong released a petition on its website. Within an hour of tweeting the campaign, it’s already attracted nearly 10,000 signatures.

Hong Kong police arrested three Uber employees and five of the service’s drivers on Tuesday, and these eight are now out on bail.
The police raided Uber’s offices in Sheung Wan, taking documents and IT equipment. They also brought three Uber employees in for questioning. Read more…
