Soon after the on-air shootings of two Virginia journalists, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and other Democratic politicians called on Congress to take up gun control

“We have got to do something about gun violence in America — and I will take it on,” Clinton told reporters in Iowa. “There are many people who face it and know it but then turn away because it’s hard. It’s a very political, difficult issue in America.”

Heartbroken and angry. We must act to stop gun violence, and we cannot wait any longer. Praying for the victims’ families in Virginia. -H
